I'm a web content strategist and designer focused on using my skills
to drive customer engagement, revenue, and retention through storytelling and data.
With 10 years of content strategy, writing, and design experience across enterprise
SaaS companies like Red Hat, Cisco, and Prometheus Group, I transform customer insights
into business outcomes through strategic storytelling and data. My expertise spans the
full content lifecycle—from customer journey mapping and UX writing to SEO optimization
and analytics—delivering measurable impact like 10% YoY growth in website visitors for
Red Hat Summit and contributions to multi-million dollar revenue goals.
When creating or strategizing on digital content experiences, I focus on aligning with
marketing team goals, design systems, and stakeholders—then construct content that drives
action. This systems-thinking approach led me to represent UNC Chapel Hill at Map the System,
a global competition where our team reached the semi-finals at Oxford (top 48 of 1,700 teams).
Our research on teacher turnover reinforced what I already knew: solving
complex problems requires building collaborative frameworks.
I'm now deepening this work through my Master's in Education Innovation, Technology,
and Entrepreneurship at UNC Chapel Hill, with a focus on Computer Supported
Collaborative Learning (CSCL)—exploring how digital tools facilitate human connection,
productivity, and learning in ways that directly inform how I plan for and develop content.
I thrive on cross-functional collaboration, bringing together stakeholders across product, sales,
and marketing teams to create content that resonates with audiences and drives conversions.
